Club Beach High Performance Program Coaching Requirements

Head HP Coach:
Min. of 5 yrs. coaching experience with a min. of 3 years experience coaching or playing at the the international level.  

Impact Certified
CAP level 1 certified (effective 2007)
Volunteer at tryout and camps for 2 years, 3rd year as the head coach of 12’s
Camp or 3 yrs. as volunteer at tryout and camps. (total of 3 summers of volunteer work)
Assistant HP coach min. of 2 years. 

Apprentice HP Coach:
Min. of 1 year coaching experience as an assistant or head coach at any level.
Member of SCVA region
Impact certified
Volunteer at tryout, camps and team training

Assistant HP Coach:
Min. of 3 yrs. coaching experience at the high school, club or college level.
Member of SCVA region
Impact Certified
CAP level 1 certified (effective 2007)
Volunteer at tryout and camps for 1 year
1st year coaching= no salary. We pay for flights, hotel, meals, etc only.
