This Weekend Site Change
I am happy to announce that our first Club Beach Volleyball Event was a success.  We had 27 teams participate.  Check out our ClubBeach Vball Facebook page to see all the pictures.  Congratulations to all the players for participating in the first ever Club Beach Volleyball Event.   

 
Site Change
This weekend's Zuma event has been moved to Marina Green Park in Long Beach.  Unfortunately Zuma did not have enough courts to accomodate all our teams.  Note, this weekend is not at the same site as last weekend's Long Beach event. 
 
Registration
All the registration deadlines have been changed to 6pm Friday night before the event weekend.  Please make checks out to "Club Beach Volleyball".
 
Marina Green Park Directions
At corner of Ocean and Shoreline Dr. in Downtown Long Beach, CA *From 405 Freeway, take 710 Freeway South. Take Shoreline Dr & follow convention center signs. AFTER Linden St., Turn right to park *Parking rates: $1/hour (change machine available, but bring quarters just in case) *No FREE parking nearby in this area *Full concession stand with cold drinks and hot food available right at site
 
Tournament Format
Pool Play wil begin promptly at 9am. Players should start warming up at 8:30.  Pool play will end at about 1pm. Walk-Up registrants should arrive at 8am to process registration.  Select Age Divisions will participate in Playoffs.  Players should be ready to officiate their own matches in pool play.  Referees will be provided for playoffs. The top 2 teams from each pool may have the chance to participate in playoffs. Playoffs will consist of a series of single eliminiation games to 21 points.  Players should bring their own balls to warm up with.
